Return Policy

At MesmeRise, we want every product to be the right choice for you. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer you the possibility of return under the conditions below.

1. Right of Return

According to current legislation, you have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from receiving the order, without needing to justify your decision.

2. Return Conditions

Products must be unused and unopened, in their original intact packaging, and without any signs of use or damage. Unsealed or tested cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products

Contact us within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the product or refund your money, and shipping will be covered by MesmeRise.

4. Return Procedure

6. Return Costs

Shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

7. Money Refund

Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt and verification of the products, according to current legislation. In most cases, the refund is processed within a maximum of 24 hours from receiving the package. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method initially used or by bank transfer.
